UK companies and LLPs report if, on each of their last 2 balance sheet dates, they exceeded at least 2 of: £54 million turnover, £27 million balance sheet total, 250 employees (thresholds from 6 April 2025). In the second financial year, only the first year counts.
A CSV with one row per supplier invoice, with columns for the date you received the invoice, the date the supplier was paid, the due date (or your payment terms in days), the amount, and optionally whether it was disputed or fully covered by a credit note. Try it with sample data.
Rounded to whole numbers as the guidance asks (0.5 and over rounds up). Days are counted with day 1 as the first day after you received the invoice (SI 2017/395, Schedule para 9). Note: some worked examples in the gov.uk guidance count the receipt day as day 1, which gives one day more. This calculator follows the Regulations. The narrative sections (standard terms, dispute process, tick boxes, retention) are not covered here.
